We are currently investigating a problem with reduced bandwidth into our Chi1 data center.  Tickets are open with the appropriate connectivity providers.  They are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it.

Additional updates will be provided as new information becomes available.

Update: 14:11 CST - as of 14:00 CST, the packet loss has subsided and bandwidth appears to have returned to near normal. We are still waiting on an update from our vendor.

Update: 15:31 CST - at of 14:20 CST, our vendor is reporting that services are stable.
